The Technology Research, Education and Commercialization Center is available to lease for special events. Each event is a custom offering so rates can be calculated when the event requirements are determined. There are many factors to take into consideration when planning an event at TRECC:

• Scheduling - TRECC has a very busy schedule and requires ample lead time for planning; please notify us as far in advance of the event as possible.
• How many people will attend your event?
• Will you need catering?
• Will you be using the ACCESS Grid or other video teleconferencing technologies?
• Which room(s) will you need?
