Scheduling - Scheduled events/workshops, seminars are on Tues, Wed or Thursdays of the week - Mondays and Fridays are reserved for facility maintenance and special sessions. This cycle allows us to have a smooth transition for the events and reduces costs for us with both facility and technical staffs. Standard operating hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Events held on weekdays after 5:00 pm or before 7:00 am and weekends incur additional costs and require special security arrangements.
